1925年にパリで開催された現代装飾美術・産業美術国際博覧会（通称アール・デコ博覧会）のために制作された記念メダル。八角形のメダルの表側には、雲の上に腰かけた女性が左腕で花籠を支えながら、博覧会の受賞者を祝福するかのように下界へ花を落としている様子が表されている。その姿は女神フローラも思わせるが、ショートカットの髪型はアール・デコ期の女性表象とも重なる。メダル裏面にも花のモチーフが配され、博覧会の名称が刻まれている。

A commemorative medal created for the International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts (commonly known as the Art Deco Exposition) held in Paris in 1925. The octagonal medal’s obverse depicts a woman seated on a cloud, holding a basket of flowers on her left arm while she drops flowers into the world below as if blessing the exhibition's awardees. Her appearance is reminiscent of the goddess Flora, but her short haircut reflects female representations of the Art Deco period. The reverse side also features a floral motif with the name of the exposition engraved.
