TTM:IGNITION BOX 2016 / 17

The Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum has launched TTM: IGNITION BOX. With this program, the museum becomes a nexus where film, music and media art intersect, showcasing the riches of the performing arts launched in Tokyo. Founded in 2015, IGNITION BOX, under the direction of four specialists from outside the museum, delivers a variety of works, including theatrical performances, live events, and films, presented with the museum as their stage. This year’s IGNITION BOX line up will develop the concepts of performance and space even further. Look forward to joint performances by today’s most stimulating artists, performances that can be experienced only here–performances that will catch fire in the IGNITION BOX.

*Details about each program will be posted on our website. Apart from Program B, all programs will require reservations, which will be accepted beginning one month before the date of each program.
